From Infrareal and Pharmaserv to INNEXIS

INNEXIS unites its services under one umbrella brand to strengthen its presence among customers and stakeholders.

Marburg, 9 December 2025 – The Infrareal Group now presents a unified brand identity under its new umbrella brand, INNEXIS. The company group includes Pharmaserv GmbH, which owns and operates the Pharma & Life Science Park Behringwerke in Marburg and provides specialized services in Logistics and Engineering. The group also includes Pharmapark Jena GmbH as owner and operator of the site in the center of Jena/ Thuringia and Pharmapark Orth Management GmbH, which owns and operates the pharmaceutical and biotech site in Orth, Lower Austria. With a clear strategic focus, the company aims to further strengthen its role as a leading infrastructure provider for the pharmaceutical and life science industries. Its focus on the specific needs of pharmaceutical and biotech companies combined with GxP expertise and close alignment with key process interfaces ensures safety and efficiency for its customers.

Why the new brand identity?

Previously, the company’s divisions have operated with separate profiles. The new joint brand combines all activities in order to streamline communication and market presence. For customers, partners, and investors, this means greater clarity, clearly recognizable responsibilities, and consistent messaging. In the future, they will receive all information on the services from a single source and so with simplified access even to the specialized solutions in Engineering and Logistics. The unified brand presence is designed to enhance international visibility and support the company’s growth ambitions.

What is changing?

All existing communication channels and brand identities will transition to the new umbrella brand starting on 9 December 2025. In addition to the website, this also includes the group’s existing social media channels and its direct customer outreach.

The transition to the new umbrella brand will take place from 9 December 2025. Early next year, the group’s legal entities will be renamed and the corresponding entries in the German Commercial Register and Austrian Company Registers will be updated. With the launch, INNEXIS will not only present a consistent visual identity but also set the course for aligning future communication and growth strategies even more closely with its target groups.
