"At INNEXIS, lawful conduct always takes precedence in cases of doubt. Every employee can rely on this principle. It also applies if a manager gives other instructions."
The INNEXIS Code of Conduct
Integrity and responsibility are the basis of our success. The Code of Conduct summarizes our central principles of conduct - for legally compliant, fair and sustainable actions in our daily dealings with each other and with our partners.
Living responsibility, securing trust
An increasingly complex economic environment and growing regulatory requirements are presenting companies with new challenges. As an operator of sensitive infrastructures, we have a special responsibility - towards our customers, partners and employees.
Integrity, reliability and legally compliant action are therefore integral parts of our corporate culture. They not only protect our good reputation, but also the people who contribute to our success every day.
We have formulated clear principles so that everyone knows what is important: Our Code of Conduct summarizes six principles that give us orientation and ensure responsible interaction with each other and with our environment:
1. acting responsibly and lawfully
Legality is our top priority at all times - even if this may result in economic disadvantages. We act responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws, internal guidelines and ethical principles. After all, even the appearance of a breach of the rules can damage trust and credibility - values that are indispensable to us.
2. human rights and fair working conditions
We respect human rights and create fair working conditions. In this way, we ensure that our employees stay healthy and enjoy working at INNEXIS. For us, this means in concrete terms:
-
We comply with occupational health and safety regulations.
-
We avoid discrimination and treat all employees equally.
-
Regular working hours and rest breaks are essential for us.
-
Our employees receive fair wages and salaries. We pay according to collective agreements.
-
We reject child labor in any form, as well as any form of slavery, forced labor and torture.
-
We have clear guidelines and measures in place to ensure that our security forces and service providers also respect human rights.
-
We respect the right of assembly as well as the right to form employee representative bodies and trade unions.
3. responsible procurement
We also take responsibility for our supply chain. We require our suppliers and their subcontractors to comply with human rights, environmental protection and sustainability standards. We are in close contact with them in order to minimize risks.
4. ecological responsibility
We are committed to protecting the environment and using natural resources responsibly. Our aim is to continuously reduce our environmental impact and promote energy efficiency.
-
We reduce the consumption of energy, water and raw materials as well as the amount of waste and greenhouse gas emissions.
-
We avoid harmful impacts on soil, air and water and always act in accordance with applicable environmental legislation.
-
We promote the protection and preservation of biodiversity and focus on the sustainable use of natural resources.
-
We integrate environmental and energy targets into our certified management system and expect the same sense of responsibility from our partners and suppliers.
5. fair competition
Violating the principles of fair competition is prohibited in any form. We are committed to free competition and strictly reject cartel agreements, unfair business practices and dishonest, misleading or false statements.
6 Corruption and the handling of gifts
We are neither corruptible nor venal and condemn any corrupt or criminal behavior. We try to avoid corruption risks in advance. In concrete terms, this means
-
We do not promise or grant any personal benefits or advantages.
-
We also do not demand any unfair advantages or benefits ourselves.
-
Our employees undertake to accept gifts from business partners only if the value of the gift does not exceed EUR 35.
