We start by getting to know each other digitally. In the second step, a personal meeting is particularly important to us - so we can exchange ideas even better.
We would be delighted if you could find out a little about the position and our company in advance. You will then find out everything else in the interview. Above all, it is important to us that you remain authentic. The interview is not a test, but an opportunity to get to know each other.
Yes, we are very happy to offer internships, working student positions and also final theses. You can find open positions here.
If there is nothing suitable at the moment, you can also send us an unsolicited application for a desired area and period. We will then check individually what opportunities are available.

It is important to us that you feel welcome and well supported from day one. That's why your start begins even before your actual first day at work: around ten days beforehand, you will receive an invitation by e-mail with all the important information about your first day.
On your first day, you will receive a warm welcome from our HR team at a joint onboarding event. There you will receive an overview of our organization, our corporate culture and our values. We will also inform you about important topics from our Payroll department, the Works Council will introduce itself and you will receive initial information about occupational safety - so you will be well prepared for your start.
You will then start in your specialist area. An induction plan awaits you there, which will give you security and at the same time allow you to get to know your new colleagues and your tasks step by step.
Our aim is to make your start as pleasant as possible so that you can settle in quickly and contribute your strengths right from the start.
