Your way to us

From submitting your documents to starting your job - we explain every step so that you are well prepared.

In five steps - this is how the application process works for us:

Online application

Submit your application using our online form. A CV and certificates are required, and we would be delighted to receive a letter of motivation.

Screening

Our recruiting team will check your documents for qualifications, motivation and personality. You will usually receive a response within 7-10 days.

Interview phase

We get to know each other better in discussions. You tell us about your experience and skills and we give you further insights into the potential role, the team and our company.

Feedback & decision

You will receive our feedback shortly after the interviews. If it suits both sides, you will receive an offer and we will be delighted if you decide to work with us.

5

Contract & Onboarding

After accepting the offer, we will send you the contract and all the important information about starting at INNEXIS. On your first day, we will give you a warm welcome and guide you through a structured onboarding process.
